GBSB Global Business School students in Madrid attended JobMadrid, an international congress focused on proccurring employment, internships and scholarships. The global congress also hosted several conferences and workshops, conducted interviews and gave students the opportunity to network nationally and internationally. For those students still undecided about their future career path, human resource professionals were there to provide strategic guidance and professional development.
JobMadrid had 60+ companies in attendance and presented 50+ conferences and workshops to an amazing 9,680 attendees, both students and graduates alike. Of the individuals in attendance, they had the exciting chance to take advantage of over 2,500 opportunities across the world.
While not every student from GBSB Global in Madrid was ready to enter the workforce, this event did provide a great avenue for making connections in an array of industries. As students’ studies progress these contacts will be more and more important, opening doors to their future.
Some of the businesses and organization represented at JobMadrid included, Allianz, Damm, the European Commission, F.Iniciativas, JungeHeinrich, Melia Hotels International, Movistar, Nestle, Schindler, Wolters Kluwer, among many others. From tech to hospitality and everything in between, there were job offers, training and internship opportunities to fit every interest.
