This past week, Dr. Paul Moran gave a lecture on Cross-Cultural Communications to our educational partners. Our summer school program has started and on Monday June 8th we welcomed our summer school students to our Barcelona campus from far and wide.

On Thursday June 27th our GBSB Global students from Barcelona, Madrid & Online campuses graduated at a ceremony held at Hotel Alimara in Barcelona. We are so proud of our students, read more to know how the ceremony went!

Our GBSB Global Business School in Spain received a visit from the Georgian Accounting Association on the 20th of May. The visit was to learn more about GBSB Global as well as visit one of the most beautiful cities in Spain, Barcelona.

On the third week of May from the 13^th-17^th GBSB Global Business School students went to Zaragoza Logistics Center, a research institute which is part of the University of Zaragoza and the Institute of Technology of Massachusetts (MIT). The ten students who attended were part of our Master in Operations & Supply Chain Management Program.

We are proud to announce that GBSB Global has an ongoing collaboration with Zaragoza Logistics Center, therefore our Master students will have the opportunity to participate in a full week of academic sessions!.

GBSB Global has a new partner: The Student Hotel, a student campus with 2 Barcelona locations and 1 upcoming Madrid location. This is not your typical student residence; fit with Wi-Fi, a pool and designed interior they are sure to impress any student coming to study abroad.

Our GBSB Students had the amazing opportunity to participate in a one-day study trip to Geneva, Switzerland!

On March 22nd our Madrid Campus students the their first ever conference for BIT Madrid! The event discussed innovative trends such as a Sustainable Fashion Panel, a workshop with MADCITY LIFE and a networking session, among much more! We are so proud of our students for taking the initiative to create this event and bring light to these important topics and trends we are seeing in fashion industry today.

Our Master in Tourism and Hospitality students in Madrid kick off conferences with a gastronomy event and it was a hit! The event took place at the Foodlab in Madrid where participants got listen to guest speaker discuss the fascinating relationship between travel and food. There was also a cooking demonstration and tasting.

On January 7th, 2019, new faces from all over the world joined GBSB Global Business School family in Barcelona and Madrid. GBSB Global Business School is excited to announce it signed a memorandum of understanding and agreement with IIHEM – the leading private University in Morocco. Under this formal agreement, GBSB Global and IIHEM students can participate in a foreign exchange program at both universities, bilaterally. IIHEM students will be given a special condition to continue their studies at GBSB Global.

GBSB Global Business School students in Madrid attended JobMadrid, an international congress focused on proccurring employment, internships and scholarships. The global congress also hosted several conferences and workshops, conducted interviews and gave students the opportunity to network nationally and internationally. This was a prime opportunity for students to rub elbows with business professionals and start getting their name out.

GBSB Global is proud to announce its new partnership with UNWTO. The World Tourism Organization, UNWTO, is the United Nations agency responsible for the promotion of responsible, sustainable and generally accessible tourism across the globe.

Classes started up again and in a big way! GBSB Global Business School launched its fall intake with Orientation Days, October 27-29, and it was a tremendous milestone welcoming new, incoming students from over 55 different countries to our campuses in Barcelona, Madrid and online.

Exciting news! GBSB Global is proud to be recognized by the publication, being award with the European MBA Tier One Ranking. And that’s not all. Since launching our online courses over this past academic year, the program has also been announced 11th in their Global Online MBA rankings.

GBSB Global was honored to congratulate this year’s graduating Class of 2018. The graduation ceremony on June 28th at the Hotel Alimara in Barcelona commemorated our diverse student bodies’ achievements over the past year of studies.

GBSB Global and its Career Services is replacing the old system of internships & job sharing with a brand-new career portal which is more user-friendly and results-driven and that is expected to increase our business school’s access and exposure to employers.

A year ago we signed a collaboration with ACCA and became the first computer based examination (CBE) center in Barcelona for levels F1-F4. Last week we signed an additional agreement and expand our collaboration to Madrid. So, from this week we are officially ACCA CBE center in Madrid.
