Full-time faculty at GBSB Global Business School form the core of our academic community. They are deeply involved in teaching, research, and community service, playing a vital role in advancing the school’s mission and strategic goals. Our faculty are carefully selected, receive ongoing training, and are offered meaningful opportunities for professional development. Expectations regarding their academic and professional engagement are clearly defined in the Faculty Qualifications Framework.

In addition to our full-time faculty, a significant number of part-time instructors, mostly industry professionals, contribute to teaching and assessment. These adjunct faculty members bring valuable real-world experience to the classroom and are appointed by campus (Malta, Madrid, Barcelona, or online) and/or by discipline, particularly for our specialized programs.
