Malta Further & Higher Education Authority
Licensed as a Higher Education Institution (License Number: 2020-12) by the Malta Further & Higher Education Authority. The MFHEA is a national body responsible for establishing and updating the Malta Qualifications Framework, setting standards for different levels of qualifications, accrediting courses at different MQF levels, and ensuring that the national quality assurance framework is met by all further and higher education providers in Malta.

GBSB Global Business School is authorized as a foreign university centre by the Department of Research and Universities of Catalonia, under Resolution REU/3131/2025. The institution is registered in the RUCT (Registro de Universidades, Centros y Títulos) under the code 08073661, with the denomination Global Business School Barcelona.
Department of Education, Science, and Universities of the Madrid Regional Government
GBSB Global is authorized as a foreign educational centre by the Department of Education, Science, and Universities of the Madrid Regional Government, under resolution 522/2024, to deliver the Undergraduate Higher Diploma in Business Administration and Digital Innovation (120 ECTS, EQF/ MQF Level 5) in Madrid leading to the Bachelor of Business Administration and Digital Innovation, under the code 28082198, with the denomination GBSB Global Business School.

Erasmus+
GBSB Global Business School has consolidated its status within the Erasmus+ program. According to the partnership agreement, GBSB Global students will have access to an extensive network of universities, enabling student and faculty exchanges, as well as scientific and academic cooperation. In addition, any higher education institution that is part of the Erasmus+ program is eligible to participate in EU-funded grants.
