For two consecutive weeks, July 9th-20th, 2018, students will delve into the topic of digital business and will have the opportunity to experience what life feels like as an entrepreneur or a leader of an innovative company. The summer school 2018 course, Digital Entrepreneurship Leadership, is an intensive course taught entirely in English with classes being held both in the morning and afternoon.
What Can Students Expect to Learn Studying Abroad this Summer at GBSB Global?
The first week of summer school 2018 will take a close look at digital strategies and digital marketing. Students will dive into KPI’s, SEO strategies, SMM configurations and Google AdWords. During the second week of studies, students will have the option to choose between two courses of study. Option one looks at innovation, entrepreneurship and creativity and your role in the process, what a lean startup environment is and how to manage it, the theory behind Design Thinking and Innovations, examining open versus disruptive innovation management. Option two provides students the unique possibility to learn about leadership, the types of leadership that exist and self-awareness in the role, how successful leaders communicate, manage people and negotiate with a high level of effectiveness and success.
Learn from qualified professors that are not only academics, but business leaders themselves, sharing their own real world experience in the classroom, empowering students with the inside scoop on the industry and where the markets are heading. Students will participate in several industrial visits.
