GBSB Global is excited to announce that it’s G-Accelerator has been awarded a grant from the Government of Catalonia and The European Social Fund (European commission). The program will be made available online for local and international entrepreneurs with startups based in Catalonia.
In 2018, the first edition of the G-Accelerator, a new pre-incubator, Incubator and accelerator program that has aimed to help and support new and existing budding venture capitalist and entrepreneurs was launched at GBSB Global Business School.
GBSB Global was inspired by the breadth of knowledge and ambition our students and graduates brought to entrepreneurship. It’s this fervor that motivated GBSB Global to create this program as a means to further inspire young minds to invest in their ideas. Ideally situated in Barcelona, one of Europe’s thriving startup hubs, our G-Accelerator primary works in the digital and technological fields on a local and international scale.
We believe in empowering tomorrow’s great leaders today through mentorship. By providing this service, we impart the importance of giving back to society and the world as a whole. Through both success and failure, participants in GBSB’s G-Accelerator Impact Call program learn, grow, and develop. They discover what it takes to be effective in business and will gain the knowledge, wisdom, and experience that they may one day give back to an up-and-coming mind like themselves. We value this investment in the next generation of innovative thinkers and change makers.
GBSB Global plans to launch the first edition of the G-Accelerator Impact Call this month, November 2020. It is a new extended version of the program launched two years ago and will include training modules aimed to give practical knowledge and an overview of all the stages required by an entrepreneur to launch their own venture. The program will last 5 months.
This call to participate will be announced at least once a year and is open to everyone in the international start-up ecosystem.
