What is the Microsoft Imagine Academy program?
The Microsoft Imagine Academy program offers GBSB Global students the official and high quality training resources with Microsoft Office technologies in order to become proficient in any Microsoft tool.
The Academy also helps prepare students to pass internationally recognized Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification exams which can make a great impression on students’ curriculum vitae (CV).
What does a Microsoft Office Specialist certification offer students?
Earning the designation as a Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS), proves student proficiency using some of the Microsoft Office tools available today like Word, Excel, One Note, Power Point, Access, and Outlook.
Microsoft Office Specialists certification proves students’ proficiency in the MS Office suite, enhances new professional development opportunities, and improves employability options. Students also have access to a network of Microsoft certified professionals to answer any questions or concerns they may have.
Currently, there are 3 levels of Microsoft certifications available for students.
- MS Office Specialist | This accreditation supports a standard of knowledge that demonstrates individual competencies in Microsoft Office 2010 and 2013 tools.
- MS Office Specialist Expert | Certified individuals have advanced competencies in Microsoft Office Word and Excel tools. In the Microsoft Office 2013 version, each of the specialties consist of two exams.
- MS Office Specialist Master | This recognition is the highest award offered to experts able to perform the functions in all of the entire suite of Microsoft Office functions.
