Dr. Paul Moran

Dr. Paul Moran is an accomplished academic and professor specializing in economics and business, with a distinguished career in higher education and research. He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of San Pablo, Spain.
At GBSB Global Business School in Madrid, Dr. Moran serves as Professor of Economics and Business, where he teaches a range of courses at the master’s level, including Business Simulation, Geopolitics of the World Business, Understanding International Macroeconomy, and Global Strategy and Management. His teaching is characterized by a commitment to rigorous analysis, real-world application, and the development of critical thinking skills among students. Dr. Moran is also highly experienced in academic supervision, having guided over 30 bachelor’s theses and 20 master’s theses to completion.
In addition to his role at GBSB Global, Dr. Moran has held academic appointments at San Louis University in Madrid, where he has contributed to the teaching of economics and business subjects. He is the founding director of the Centre of European Union Studies in Spain, a position he has held since 2011, and has led macroeconomic initiatives in banking and finance at the Bespoke School of Finance.
