This isn’t a lecture. You’ll step into the role of a manager in a rapidly changing market — leading a mid-sized company through a high-stakes simulation where every pricing, marketing, and innovation decision has immediate consequences.
Compete alongside students from VIVES University of Applied Sciences (Belgium) and Gál Ferenc University (Hungary). Work in international teams of 4–5, navigate AI-driven market disruptions, and use data-driven analysis to outperform your rivals.

AGENDA
Icebreaking & Introduction (2 hours — Mon, Feb 23, 13:00–15:00)
Meet your international teammates and get comfortable. Learn the business scenario, game rules, KPIs, and pick your team role: CEO, CFO, CMO, Operations Manager, or Tech Lead.
Session 1 — Strategy Creation (3 hours — Wed, Feb 25, 09:00–12:00)
Dive into market data and company financials. Brainstorm your team’s strategy — target segments, pricing, innovation focus, marketing priorities — and deliver your initial strategy outline.
Session 2 — Market Simulation Round 1 (2.5 hours — Thu, Feb 26, 09:00–11:30)
Market conditions shift. Customer trends change, costs move, competitors act. Make your first round of business decisions and submit your Decision Report. Then see the results.
Session 3 — Round 2 & Final Presentations (4 hours — Mon, Mar 2, 09:00–13:00)
An unexpected disruption hits: AI-driven market shift, regulation change, or supply chain crisis. Adapt your strategy, make Round 2 decisions, and present your final plan to all teams and faculty.
Session 4 — Reflection & Evaluation (2.5 hours — Wed, Mar 4, 09:00–11:30)
Group reflection, instructor debrief on strategic agility and AI in business, peer feedback, and individual reflection writing. Winners announced.
