Dr. Nada Nazih Khaddage is an accomplished academic and researcher in the fields of human resources management and business education. Dr. Khaddage holds a PhD in Human Resources Management. Her teaching experience spans roles as an assistant professor in management and human resources at leading universities, where she has delivered courses in research methodology, business ethics, leadership, and strategic staffing. 

Dr. Khaddage’s research focuses on topics such as family-friendly policies, work–family conflict, job satisfaction, and the empowerment of women and youth. She has contributed to international conferences and published work on resilience, employee engagement, and organizational development. Her ongoing research includes studies on university–industry collaboration and the motivations and barriers affecting Lebanese athletes’ achievements at the Olympics.

In addition to her academic work, Dr. Khaddage has been actively involved in community initiatives, including co-founding NGOs and leading training programs to empower women and youth through practical skills development. She is recognized for her ability to work in diverse and challenging environments, and for her commitment to fostering positive change through education and research.
