Dr. Mohamad-Fadl Haraké

Dr. Mohamad-Fadl Haraké is an accomplished academic and educator specializing in management sciences, entrepreneurship, and public sector innovation. He holds a Doctorate in Management Sciences from IAE de Poitiers, France, where his research focused on public entrepreneurship in post-conflict countries, with a particular emphasis on the emergence of renewable energies in Lebanon.
Dr. Haraké has extensive teaching experience at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He has lectured on a wide range of subjects, including leadership and motivation, business research, sales management, business ethics, international business administration, project management, strategic management and policy, and public administration. His teaching portfolio spans BBA, MBA, and EMBA programs, and he has served as a senior research thesis advisor, guiding students through their research projects and academic development.
In addition to his teaching, Dr. Haraké is actively engaged in academic research and project coordination. He has served as an expert evaluator for the High Council for Evaluation of Research and Higher Education (HCÉRES) in France, and is co-founder and co-director of the Centre de Recherche Francophone en Economie et Gestion (CREFEGE), a web platform supporting doctoral researchers in economics and management sciences. He is also the General Secretary of the Académie de Recherche en Gestion et Économie (ARGE) in France.
Dr. Haraké’s research interests include public entrepreneurship, change management, strategic management, and mediation. He has published scientific articles and presented at international conferences on topics such as service-learning in unstable environments, entrepreneurship education, transformational change management, and the dynamics of public sector innovation in post-conflict settings. His scholarly work is complemented by practical experience in risk management analysis and research project coordination within both academic and professional contexts.
