It's a one-year academic course that you can take on campus or online, and it prepares you to enroll in a Bachelor's Degree in Business at an international business school where all classes are taught in English.
If you need to improve your English because you've never studied abroad, if you've never studied business topics and are afraid they might be too hard for you, or if you think you don't have the standard qualifications to enroll in a Bachelor's degree in Business, well, this is your program. Pre-Tertiary Certificate in English for Business Studies (30 ECTS)
This exit award is designed for students who wish to improve their English language skills and prepare for academic study in English, while meeting all other admission requirements. Upon completion of this course, students are expected to achieve an IELTS - 6.0 level in English.

Pre-Tertiary Certificate in Business Studies (30 ECTS)
This exit award is designed for students who are fluent in English but have no knowledge of business and do not meet all the entry requirements for the Bachelor of Business Administration and Digital Innovation. In this case, students can join this program at a later stage and do not need to complete the Pre-Tertiary Certificate in English for Business Studies section.

Pre-Tertiary Certificate in Foundation Program in Business with Academic English (60 ECTS)
This exit award is designed for students who would like to enroll in a Business Bachelor's degree but do not meet all the entry requirements, do not have any knowledge of business and are not sure to cope with English-taught classes at an international business school.

HOW TO APPLY
To be eligible for admission to our "Pre-Tertiary Certificate in Foundation Program in Business with Academic English" you must have one of the following requirements:
- Secondary school leaving certificate or diploma.
- BTEC: MPP.
- GCSE/IGSCE "O" Levels: three subject exams with grades of A, B, C or D; A Levels: 1 or 2 subject exams with grades of A, B, C or D.
- IB first year or IB Certificate.
- A combination of A-Level, BTEC, and other accepted qualifications that total 48 UCAS Tariff points (UK).
In terms of English proficiency, you must meet one of these requirements to be admitted to our program:
- TOEFL – Minimum score: 97 (computer based), 32/34 (Internet based), or 450 (paper based).
- IELTS – Minimum score: 4.5.
- Cambridge ESOL, Certificate in Advanced English (PET) – Minimum score: C;
- English as the language of instruction during previous studies in the formal educational system.
- Internal English level testing at GBSB Global.
Kindly ensure the completion of all requisite forms for admission and the submission of all mandatory documents.
