Geography of our Bachelor Students at GBSB Global

Aidan McKevitt, GBSB Global BBA Alumni and Founder of Breakwater Marketing, identified a niche in the Spanish market that he knew he could fill. Breakwater Marketing, his first company, is an international high-ticket marketing agency that focuses on Facebook ads, social media, SEO, and full-scale marketing re-designs.

His second company, Public Worx, what he describes as a low-ticket marketing agency works locally in Barcelona to offer month-to-month ala carte marketing services to the hospitality and tourism sectors.

When it came to Public Worx, Aiden says the bachelor degree earned at GBSB Global was instrumental in providing the business structure. It gave Aiden the confidence to speak to his lawyers, accountants and team in a language they understood and could all capitalize on.

Even though it is small, this tiny Mediterranean island has a lot of might. Touted as a favorite tourist destination for its weather. Its climate is warm, sunny, and welcoming all year round. Two official languages are spoken here, and one of them is English! With a thriving economy and a generally low cost of living, Malta is an ideal location to study abroad. From prehistoric temples and medieval towns, to a grand fortressed capital city, picturesque harbors and bustling entertainment areas, it’s this unique combination of culture and history, fun and relaxation that makes Malta so popular.
