Dr. Labrado Antol\u00edn holds a PhD in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With over five years of experience leading cultural transformation processes across Europe\u2014including Spain, Portugal, England, and Ireland\u2014Dr. Labrado Antol\u00edn has driven the adoption of hybrid and inclusive work models, fostering agility, innovation, and new ways of working for large, multinational teams. Her expertise extends to the design and implementation of inclusive cultures, digital skills curricula, and employee experience journeys, as well as the creation of communities of technological experts and operational excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
