Dr. Peter A. Packer is an accomplished academic and educator with extensive experience in business education, organizational behavior, and leadership. He holds a PhD from the University of Durham, with a scholarly focus that spans organizational culture, postmodern critical theory, and the dynamics of leadership in contemporary organizations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Packer has taught at undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels across leading institutions in the UK and Malta, including the University of Middlesex, MCAST Malta, and previously at the Universities of Northumbria and Newcastle. His teaching portfolio covers a wide range of subjects such as organizational behavior and culture, leadership, business ethics, lean management, international business strategy, and applied research. He is also an experienced dissertation and doctoral thesis supervisor, guiding students through advanced research projects at both master\u2019s and doctoral levels.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

His research interests center on organizational culture in postmodern environments, the links between vision, values, and entrepreneurial success, digital strategies, and the challenges of leadership in \u2018flat\u2019 organizations.
