Mar\u00e7al Farreras is an experienced lecturer and executive coach whose academic work bridges business education and real-world leadership. He holds an MBA from IESE Business School, one of Europe\u2019s most prestigious institutions, and has completed executive education at INSEAD, further strengthening his expertise in international business and leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At GBSB Global Business School, Mar\u00e7al Farreras teaches and mentors students across master\u2019s and MBA programs, with a particular focus on leadership, business research methods, and the management of multicultural teams. He is actively involved in supervising capstone projects and final theses, guiding students through the research process and supporting their academic and professional development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
