Hind Naaman, Ph.D. (Autonomous University of Barcelona) is Head of Studies and Academic Operations at GBSB Global Business School. She brings extensive experience in academic leadership, curriculum development, educational research, and international academic operations, with a strong commitment to inclusiveness in education. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Hind Georges Naaman is an educator and researcher whose career is defined by a passion for advancing academic excellence and fostering student achievement. At GBSB Global Business School, Dr. Naaman has played a central role in developing and delivering innovative programs across graduate and online platforms. Her teaching draws on a rich academic background, including a PhD in Education (Cum Laude) from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, where her research explored the antecedents of higher education dropout and strategies for prevention within Catalan public universities. She has also contributed to the field through publications in peer-reviewed journals and chapters in academic volumes, addressing topics such as dropout analysis and skill articulation for the workplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Naaman\u2019s commitment to research extends beyond the classroom. She has served as a research assistant for the EPICA Initiative at the Open University of Catalonia, collaborating on projects that bridge academic theory and practical skills development. Her consultancy work with the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees and the Center for Educational Research and Development in Lebanon reflects her dedication to educational improvement and policy development on an international scale.
