In September 2023, I completed my Master of Science with a specialization in Blockchain Management at GBSB Global Business School, where I discovered a deep-rooted passion for digitalization and disruptive innovation, particularly in the design of new and innovative business models.
Pursuing a Ph.D. in Innovation Management became the next step to delve deeper into the research gaps surrounding the future of value through innovation, in line with my long-term goals of driving disruptive innovation globally.
The GBSB Global Ph.D. program takes a rigorous, scientific approach to research, increasing both the breadth and depth of knowledge compared to previous academic experiences. It demands a higher level of critical thinking, analytical precision and scientific reflection, fostering a deeper, more sophisticated understanding: it's both challenging and rewarding.
The program's interdisciplinary approach resonated strongly with me, promising a dynamic environment where industry insights blend with rigorous academic research to create a richer understanding of innovation. The program's unique emphasis on cross-functional collaboration allows for a broader exploration of complex innovation challenges, fostering insights that are directly applicable to real-world contexts.
